Appointment of Jonathan Silva as the President/CEO of AeroKool Aviation in Hialeah, FL
Aerokool would like to announce the appointment of Jonathan Silva as the President/CEO of AeroKool Aviation in Hialeah, FL. Jon will succeed Paul Hall who has decided to retire after successfully leading the company for the last three years. Paul and Jon will create a seamless transition plan for the next couple months for our employees, customers and suppliers.
Jon brings over 25 years of experience managing complex aerospace, defense, and industrial businesses. He was recently engaged as President of Kellstrom Repair Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kellstrom Defense, a Merex Group Company. Kellstrom Repair Services is a FAA licensed repair center that supports the military aircraft market.
Prior to that, Jon served as Vice President/GM of Ellwood Texas Forge, a division of Ellwood Group. Previously Silva served as Vice President/GM for two industrial business units; Spence Engineering Division and Leslie Controls at CIRCOR International (NYSE:CIR). Silva also spent nearly a decade of his career at Honeywell International (NYSE: HON) at various divisions and roles.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio Wesleyan University, an M.A. in American History from Kansas State University, and a Ph.D. in History from Ohio State University.

AeroKool Aviation Signs 5 Years Contract With The U.S. Air Force
After a lengthy and intense competition, U.S. Air Force (USAF) has awarded AeroKool Aviation (AKA) a 5-year repair contract worth $4.2 million. The work will be performed at AeroKool Aviation. A full-service maintenance facility located in Hialeah, Florida. Under terms of the agreement AeroKool Aviation (AKA) will overhaul and repair Cooling Turbine/Air Cycle machine for the C130J and C130U models.

AeroKool Aviation Corporation Finalizes Authorizes Service Center Agreement With Vacco Industries
VACCO Industries, a Division of ESCO Technologies Company, announced that it has signed an agreement with AeroKool Aviation to appoint AeroKool as their sole Authorized Service Center for its T-700 Engine Product Line Anti-Ice Start Valve Assemblies part numbers, 73340-12, 73340-17 and 73340-18 installed on the Sikorsky S-70, H, UH and HH 60 Helicopters and on the Boeing AH-64 Helicopters equipped with General Electric T-700 Series Engines. As part of the agreement, VACCO will provide Training, Spares, Technical and Engineering Support Services to AeroKool for the program. VACCO will Train and Certify AeroKool’s Technicians in the use of Facilities that service their T-700 Engine Product Line Anti-Ice Start Valve Assemblies.

AeroKool Aviation Soaring to New Heights – Awarded NASA Contract
NASA has awarded AeroKool Aviation (AKA) a competitive indefinite-delivery task order contract to support the development and repair of Engine Bleed Air component for the Aerospace System Technology for NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center in Edwards California.

AeroKool Aviation will be providing repair services on Air Cycle Machines and Heat Exchangers for their ECS Systems. AeroKool Aviation (AKA) continues their dedication and long-term commitment in providing World Class Support to operators in Brazil and all around the World.
Awarded Brazilian ANAC Certification
AeroKool Aviation a leader in ECS Systems is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the ANAC certification (COM 1412-63) by the Brazilian Aeronautical Authorities. Receiving this certification substantiates our long-term commitment to support our customers in Brazil. This ANAC certification makes AeroKool Aviation an authorized repair station for all Brazilian airlines, MROs and part suppliers.
AeroKool Aviation Announces New President and CEO
AeroKool Aviation is proud to announce the addition of Mr. Paul Hall as the President and CEO. Paul will lead the company in its’ worldwide growth, developing new products and capabilities, and expanding its’ product capabilities to our current and new military and commercial customers.
Paul comes to AeroKool Aviation with over 30 years of aviation experience, a seasoned industry veteran with strong MRO and OEM credentials and a proven track record. He worked with AMETEK Aerospace & Defense, Limco Airepair and Piedmont Aviation in expanding roles in senior leadership with key focus on process improvement and efficiency controls. Paul is well known and respected in the industry; and is very knowledgeable of our business and core products. He has a long relationship with AeroKool from his days at Delta and LIMCO and we are pleased to welcome him to our Team.

AeroKool Aviation is excited to announce the re-branding of our company from our present name, Aero Kool Corporation to our New Name: AeroKool Aviation Corporation.
The re-branding or our company is part of the re-engineered AeroKool to better serve our military and commercial clients. This change was carefully selected to reflect the AeroKool Teams commitment for continuous improvement. This is only the first stage of the changes happening at AeroKool to further our global expansion, improve our processes, and be the best choice for our clients.
